Busy bee for me

I am delighted to inform you that I have been accepted into university, which means I have been quite busy over the last couple of months getting ready for my first day, that is why I have not put anything up for a while but I will, however, try to keep some time back for myself to relax and enjoy my painting experience and share them with you. I am now studying Forensic science, a passion of mine that I have wanted to do for sometime and I feel proud of myself for achieving this great opportunity. The first day I walked in the lecture theatre was quite daunting with well over a hundred students in the same room but it does get easier and I am so privileged to be going on this great adventure.  Anyone can do anything if you apply yourself, take that next step and just go for what you want. Anyway, enough of me waffling on, I just thought you might like to see something that I created out of resin a few weeks ago. I have used a range of bright colours going through the resin and decorated the edge with crystal diamonds to give it that sparkle and moulded it into a shape like vase or ornamental piece. It is a stunning piece and will brighten up any home,. I'm signing off for now but do look out for my next painting, I should have something ready for you all to view soon. Bye.

Competition time!

28th July 2021

Hello again. This is my new painting, hope you like it. This will be hanging up in my gallery soon  for £100, I have used a range of colours with shimmers of gold and bronze running through it. I see dancing angels or maybe fairies in the sky and on the ground, what do you see? This painting has no name and if you would like to purchase this piece of work then enter the competition which is to come up with a name for this painting and the best name for the painting can have it for 25% off the asking price. this is an original and if you want to enter then drop me a message on the 'contact me' page. New Paintings and competition time in the next few days

I have been busy organising my paintings and putting them on here for you all to see. I had some left over paint with greens and browns so I thought I would just use them up and the halo one I have done a few months ago but I forgot all about it so I just added that into the collection. I have a painting that I have just created that doesn't have a name so be sure to to come back on Wednesday 28th July for the details of the competition. see you soon!

I am pleased to announce my latest painting. This was very calming to do, as the pink to me reflects tranquillity. I get a lot of my inspiration from sitting with my own thoughts and also  watching YouTube channels, please take a look at Gilly Kube's work,  https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC8PqVwpbdoTRJT179wGmZ0A she has been an inspiration to me throughout lockdown and so has Fiona art, take a look at her website too, https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCrFjmXnRujuOmZX6uX1l3SQ . 

I enjoyed doing these two paintings, some I enjoyed doing more than others and some paintings I find that I really don't like but when that happens I just 

 

scrape the paint off and do something else with it, It won't always be what I like but we can't get it right every time. can we? Anyway take a look at these vases that I made, I love creating things and these are what I made for my wedding my few weeks ago. I made them as the centre pieces for each of the tables at the venue. I think they are beautifully made and hand crafted to my taste, unfortunately I don't have any of them left to sell now but I can make to order with a small deposit, I think they brighten up any room .  I also made my own bouquet, I think it makes it more special when you  make things by hand.
